Outflow the factory hot side intercooler tube on your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke by 7% with the AFE 46-20108-B BladeRunner Hot Side Intercooler Pipe. AFE constructs the 46-20108-B from 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for strength, increased airflow, and reduced turbulence then adds a wrinkle-black powder coat for good looks and excellent heat resistance.
Utilizing the included reinforced couplers and stainless steel clamps, this AFE hot side tube is a direct replacement for your factory tube and mates right up to the factory intercooler for a hassle-free installation. This tube is also equipped with an 1/8" NPT port for adding a sensor or injection.
