GAP carries the AFE 46-20492-B BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler & Tubes Kit that can enhance the power of your diesel truck. The GT Series BladeRunner Intercooler Kit for your truck features a 3" thick bar and plate core that outflows the factory intercooler system by up to 16%.
End Tanks:
The BladeRunner GT Series intercooler end tanks are manufactured out of heavy-duty 3/16" TIG-welded aluminum plates.
Oversized Bar & Plate Core:
This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler features a 3" bar and plate core that allows for greater airflow over stock and is extremely durable.
Billet Aluminum Fittings:
The tube in this BladeRunner Intercooler kit features a billet aluminum inlet and outlets with a quick-connect adapter and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free fit while maintaining maximum strength and durability.
TIG-Welded:
All seams are 100% TIG-welded for race-proven durability and strength. TIG welding provides the strongest welds and reduces cracks from stress.
Flow & Performance:
The included tubes are powder coated wrinkle black and are manufactured of mandrel-bent aluminum for superior airflow. The smooth transition bends reduce turbulence and decrease pressure loss, enhancing performance. Also featured are stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps ad heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplings.
