Carli Suspension CS-AAMTRUSS-14 WIY Builder Axle Truss Kit

The Carli Suspension WIY (Weld-It-Yourself) Builder Axle Truss Kit CS-AAMTRUSS-14 is engineered for those looking to strengthen the axle of their Ram 2500/3500 trucks. This axle truss kit is specifically designed to address the challenges of the larger pumpkin, CAD bracket, and outer C's found in these newer Ram models. The kit includes a 1.75" OD, 0.120" wall thickness main tube, CNC cut and bent to match the knuckle profiles while also skidding over the pumpkin for enhanced strength and durability.

To further enhance the truss, the kit features two 1" OD stand-off tubes that bridge the gap from the truss tube to the main axle tube on the passenger's side (long side), as well as plates to fully enclose the truss. Additionally, Upper C Gussets are included to plate the outer C upper to the bottom of the coil buckets, providing even greater structural integrity.

This is an incredbily strong truss kit, designed for serious off-road use. Installation requires significant fabrication knowledge and skill - there are no instructions included, so this kit is ideal for those with expert-level welding experience, or a trusted fabricator with proficiency in welding different metals.
