Failed Governor Pressure Transducers are common in performance applications with higher line pressures. With BD's Pressure Solenoid and Transducer Upgrade Kit, the original transducer is replaced by a more rugged and reliable unit, and the heavy-duty Governor Pressure Solenoid has a stronger motor, and stiffer armature spring to prevent wild oscillations when increasing line pressure. In addition, the larger diameter spool valve develops more force to prevent debris accumulation and has more flow capacity. 

In addition to the electronic upgrades, the included BD modified valve body enhances your transmission performance due to its new valve design, increased capacity springs and revised oil circuits. BD's also added first and second gear lock-up ability.
