The BD-Power 1041260 Billet Flex Plate from GAP is designed to reliably handle up to 1,500 lb-ft of torque. Featuring twice the material of the Stock flex plate, these units are billet machined, precision balanced. SFI 29.3 approved for use in racing sanctioning bodies. Black Oxide coated to resist corrosion and prevents hydrogen embrittlement that can cause cracking, these units will fit any OEM or aftermarket torque convertor and affordable enough to replace with a convertor or transmission swap.

The 29.3 test is specific to the high horsepower Diesel engines only. The BD FleXplate is high speed Neutral Balanced almost twice as thick as the stock unit, the material is 30% stronger. This again points to the BD FleXplate as being the best in the industry.
