Add the BD-Power 1050490 Venom CP3 Conversion Kit from GAP to the fuel system on your RAM 6.7L Diesel. This kit includes the hardware and conversion components, all you need to do is supply the pump. This conversion allows you to go back in time to when you could rely on the  fuel system in your truck. Since the introduction of the common rail fuel system back in 2003, all Dodge/RAM 5.9L/6.7L Diesels, were equipped with a CP3 high pressure fuel pump. On the 2019 models, they switched it to a CP4.2 pump which has had many problems in both the GM and Ford diesel Applications. Due to the CP4's lower volume output, the engine manufacturer had to increase the drive ratio of the pump and turn it faster to keep up with fuel demand!

The factory CP4 pump is also susceptible to catastrophic failure and when it fails, the entire fuel system requires a costly replacement after metal debris contaminates the entire system. Cleaning the tank, replacing the fuel lines, fuel injectors, and of course a new CP4 pump. These components can end up costing you thousands in repairs!
