GAP has the BD-Power 1063014 Stage 4 Transmission Build-it With Torque Converter that can help rebuild the transmission in your 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Diesel For the seasoned builder, BD offers a variety of rebuild parts kits containing the same components used in their own performance transmissions. The Stage 4 Master Kit, which is essentially everything they use in their own transmission rebuilds, has the extra touches and all the basic rebuild parts and gaskets that are included in all other kits.

In the case of BD's ProForce 3D, less is more because not all multi-disc torque converters are created equal. Their house-made CNC-machined billet cover is made to avoid warping and unbalanced operation. They were able to enhance strength while keeping the factory height because to BD's cover design. The clutch piston and damper assembly has been built by BD-power for increased strength while maintaining dependable and smooth vibration damping. These clutch packs feature a self-centering trapezoid clutch teeth design to ensure proper alignment and less wear resulting in a longer converter life cycle.
