The BD-Power 1070247X-HS Proforce High Stall Torque Converter the engineered for drag race or sled pull competition use in your 1994-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. This converter features a cast aluminum stator that offers better efficiency for greater torque multiplication and quicker response in high horsepower applications. A hardened piston seal bore minimizes galling, and the stronger billet steel piston will not deflect under higher loads. Other features included with converter are furnace-brazed fins, improved friction lining, stamp-forged steel front cover, and Torrington needle bearings to replace the plastic thrust washers.
