The Carli Suspension Full Progressive 1" Lift HD Rear Leaf Spring AP-FFSP-LVL-08-HD for the Ford F250/F350 is a heavy-duty solution specifically designed for those who consistently carry 1,000 lbs. in the bed. Whether it's a toolbox, welder, or a decked setup, this spring pack offers improved ride quality and performance for trucks with heavy, constant loads. Working closely with Deaver Leaf Springs, Carli engineered this spring pack to match the company's 2.5" Suspension Lifts while providing a more supple, predictable ride even under heavy weight.
Unlike the factory leaf spring packs, which feature rigid, heavy main springs and an immobile lower overload, the Carli HD leaf spring pack utilizes a 9-leaf main pack and a 3-leaf overload, offering a more progressive spring rate. This ensures a smoother, more controlled ride and improved suspension travel, even under a constant 1,000 lb. load. Designed to support up to 15" of wheel travel, the pack is built to accommodate up to 38-inch tires (with 37-inch tires being the recommended size). It also helps level the rear of the truck to perfectly match Carli's 2.5" or 3.5" front suspension systems.
While the HD Leaf Spring provides excellent ride quality and performance with a constant 1,000lb load, it is not intended for unloaded use. When empty, these springs will provide more lift than stated and may feel rigid and less compliant. Additionally, the standard Carli suspension tuning might not be optimal for this spring pack without additional adjustments to compression and rebound. However, with the right load, the HD springs are a perfect match for those who need the strength and support of a heavy-duty setup.
