Carli Suspension AP-FFSP-LVL-08-XXHD Full Progressive 1" Lift HD Rear Leaf Spring (For 3500lb Load)

The Carli Suspension Full Progressive 1" Lift HD Rear Leaf Spring (For 3500lb Load) AP-FFSP-LVL-08-XXHD is specifically designed for Ford F250/F350 trucks carrying a constant 3,500lb load. These are an ideal choice for trucks equipped with cab-over campers or any other 3,500lb constant load. This XXHD (Double Extra Heavy Duty) spring pack is not intended for unloaded use and requires a consistent load to function as designed, maintaining the proper height and performance.

Unlike standard leaf spring packs, the XHD Full Replacement Leaf Springs feature a much higher spring rate, providing the necessary support for heavier, more elevated loads. As these springs are built for a higher center of gravity, Carli recommends pairing them with 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks for enhanced control and ride quality. Custom shock tuning is also recommended to optimize the performance of the suspension system.

This leaf spring pack eliminates the need for blocks, offering a full progressive spring solution that improves ride quality, especially under heavy loads. The spring pack is suitable for use with trucks featuring a 3.5-4.0" axle tube.
