The Carli Suspension Adjustable Track Bar CS-DATB-03 is a high-performance track bar replacement designed to address the issues that arise from lifting Dodge Ram 2500/3500 4WD trucks with a straight axle. As both a suspension and steering link, the track bar plays a crucial role in ensuring stability and precise handling. Any deflection in the bar or wear in the bushings can lead to excessive steering input, wandering, and even death wobble. This becomes even more apparent when lifting a truck, which increases load and shifts the axle off-center. The Carli Adjustable Track Bar eliminates these concerns by providing a robust, adjustable solution.

Constructed from 3/8" wall DOM tubing, the Carli Adjustable Track Bar is far stronger than the factory brackets it bolts to. The increased wall thickness allows for threading the end of the bar to accept a 7/8" x 7/8" FK Bearing Chromoly Heim Joint, which provides superior strength and durability. It deflects less than the stock bar, ensuring improved handling and damping vibrations without compromising performance and allows the axle to be re-centered restoring proper geometry. Unlike previous generations with weld-in bungs, the thicker wall construction eliminates one potential point of failure and improves reliability.

The frame-end of the track bar features Carli's "CUB" joint, which incorporates a proven 7/8" FK Bearing Uniball. Custom-molded bushings encapsulate the Uniball and are pressed into a heavy-duty, gusseted frame-end housing, secured by a snap ring and a stainless safety washer. Custom misalignment spacers ensure proper alignment and movement of the track bar, reducing bind and excessive bushing deflection.

The adjustable design allows for axle centering in vehicles with up to 3" of front lift, and the improved CUB bushing design ensures long-lasting performance. Preload is set during assembly, so there's no risk of premature bushing wear due to improper installation. With a larger surface area provided by the proprietary JAMMIT nut, this track bar offers superior clamping force compared to standard jam nuts, allowing for a more reliable and secure installation.
