The Carli Suspension Front Sway Bar Drop Bracket Kit (4.5" Lift) CS-FSBD-11 is designed to correct the sway bar geometry when lifting your Ford F250/F350 4WD by 4.5". These drop brackets allow the use of the factory dual ball-joint end links, eliminating the need to replace the links.
