Order the Carli Suspension Low Mount Steering Stabilizer Kit - With Differential Guard CS-FLMSS-23 for your truck. Minimizing front-end vibration from road obstacles is key to preventing steering issues like death wobble. The Dual-Mount Steering Stabilizer System enhances control and stability, outperforming factory stabilizers. The high-mount stabilizer reduces steering wheel feedback and improves handling, particularly with larger aftermarket wheels and tires. Constructed from stainless steel, it features a custom valve profile, adjustability to combat right-hand tire pull, and a fully rebuildable design. Mounted in the factory location, it avoids trail damage common with stabilizers positioned in front of the lower steering linkage.

While the high-mount stabilizer braces the drag link, adding a low-mount stabilizer to the tie rod provides additional damping between the front tires, reducing strain on the upper stabilizer and optimizing steering feel. If using only one stabilizer, the low-mount option offers superior performance and is compatible with any Super Duty truck with a stock tie rod. Running both stabilizers eliminates steering flop and minimizes steering wheel feedback. The true opposing setup, with the high mount pushing toward the driver's side and the low mount pushing toward the passenger side, allows precise adjustability to correct radial pull. Unlike thru-shaft stabilizers that can cause overly tight steering, the dual-stabilizer system offsets fluid displacement, ensuring smooth operation with tunable nitrogen pressure for optimal control.

Built for durability and performance, the Low-Mount Stabilizer features a stainless steel body, hardened nitride shafts, and precision bearings. Positioned behind the tie rod for protection, it mounts securely using a redesigned Differential Guard constructed from 3/16" boxed steel and Billet Clamp with a high-misalignment stud. The system is compatible with 2.5"-5.5" lift setups, utilizing different mounting configurations for proper clearance. In all setups, the stabilizer connects to the tie rod assembly with a hard-anodized billet steering clamp and 17-4 stainless steel high-misalignment stud. With the Dual-Mount Steering Stabilizer System, steering stability is significantly improved, providing better control over larger tires and confidence on any terrain.

Front Differential Guard
A Front Differential Guard is one of those things you should purchase before you find out you needed it. The OEM front differential cover is made from soft steel and the lip is vulnerable to even slight impacts on rocks, installing the Carli Differential Guard will give your ring and pinion a solid steel shield should a direct-impact be encountered. Any bump or nudge to your factory differential cover could push the cover into the gears or damage the seal causing a catastrophic lubricant loss.

This Differential Skid uses the lower 7 factory holes to secure with the longer hardware provided. The cover is constructed from 3/16″ steel with a boxed structure for strength. A double-shear mount is located on the passenger side of the cover for the low-mount steering stabilizer.
