Install the H&S Motorsports 122017 Intercooler Pipe Upgrade on your Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. This product allows you to upgrade the factory-equipped plastic intercooler pipe with a high-quality bead-rolled stainless steel pipe. Turbochargers produce pressure, but also generate heat in the process which exceeds what the original plastic intercooler pipe can handle. This causes it to fail catastrophically, which can often leave you stranded on the side of the road.
Note: H&S Motorsports recommends that raw intercooler pipes are coated before use. These pipes are raw steel and will rust over time. The raw finish is offered for customers who want to coat or paint them on their own, or with a local shop.
The components included in this kit give you a quick and easy installation. This pipe snaps onto the factory air intake valve with a CNC-machined aluminum adapter. Also included are all the brackets, clamps, and hardware required to complete the installation quickly and easily.
