The ICON K2214 Stage 4 Ultimate Front End Kit is designed to improve the overall drivability and handling characteristics of your 2018-2023 Jeep Wrangler JL or 2020-2023 Jeep Gladiator JT. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ultimate Front End Kits aim to enhance steering feel, vehicle control, and overall drivability. These kits achieve this by replacing and upgrading essential worn original equipment (OE) components. In collaboration with Dynatrac, ICON offers a comprehensive solution by pairing its suspension components with Dynatrac HD Ball Joints. This integrated approach addresses common steering issues that may result in loose steering feel, reduced stability, erratic tracking, uneven tire wear, and potentially death wobble.

The Stage 4 Ultimate Front End Kit includes the ICON adjustable front track bar. This front track bar is an effective solution for ensuring that the Jeep's axle is correctly centered beneath the vehicle. The ICON Double Adjuster allows for on-vehicle adjustments, facilitating front-end alignment after installation. The kit features maintenance-free, multi-durometer bushings paired with a 3/4" rod end bearing. This configuration significantly reduces deflection commonly found in stock track bar bushings. The enhanced rigidity improves vehicle handling and helps prevent potential front-end wobble caused by more compliant bushing materials. Additionally, these joints enhance overall articulation by allowing complete suspension cycling without binding.

The Stage 4 kit includes the ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer. This component dampens steering inputs and eliminates steering wobble. It is engineered to provide consistent steering damping through a through-shaft design. The stabilizer removes the common push/pull sensation found in traditional steering stabilizers. It features an adjustable "Drive Zone" with 9 levels of damping. This adjustments affect 110 degrees of steering wheel input to the left or right of center. This enables users to customize the handling of their vehicle within the steering range.

The design of this stabilizer takes into account a wide range of aftermarket JL/JT components. It has a high clearance design and a rotatable reservoir, ensuring compatibility with all ICON lift systems as well as most other lifts on the market. The Centerline Steering Stabilizer shares the same build quality as the proven ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks. It features a clear anodized 6063 aluminum shock body for corrosion resistance. Additionally, it has a 5/8" chrome-plated hardened steel shaft for durability.

The stabilizer utilizes premium 5WT shock oil, which offers consistent damping characteristics across a broad temperature range. It is also equipped with a high-temperature, long-wear seal pack that withstands harsh conditions, both on and off-road. The Centerline Stabilizer mounts using CNC machined billet aluminum 1-3/8" tie rod clamps, with 1-5/8" clamps available. Additionally, the rod end incorporates FK spherical bearings for precise and reliable operation.

The Stage 4 kit includes a complete set of front upper and lower Dynatrac HD Ball Joints. These ball joints feature heat-treated, high-strength billet bodies accompanied by chromoly stems. Additionally, they contain a heat-treated, precision-ground stainless-steel ball. Unique seals are designed to prevent contamination. The ball joints also have greaseable fittings and PTFE-coated wear points, ensuring a durable service life.

The design incorporates an exclusive snap-ring safety feature. This feature prevents the ball joint bodies from shifting within the axle housing under the heavy weight of large tires in extreme terrain. A Dynatrac installation kit is provided to facilitate a straightforward installation process.

Factory OEM ball joints typically wear quickly when larger off-road tires are used, or with extended road miles or extreme off-roading. By replacing worn factory ball joints with Dynatrac HD Ball Joints, specifically engineered for these demanding conditions, users can achieve a long-term solution that enhances the overall drivability of the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator.

If using a heavy duty 1-5/8" aftermarket tie rod, Icon 614525 Universal Tube Clamp Kit (1-5/8") must be used (See Related Items).
Requires a minimum of 1" tall bump stop spacer (ICON part number 22044 recomended - See Related Items) unless suspension system already includes 1" or taller front bump stop spacers.
