The Kryptonite Wheel Bearing Spindle Bolt (Zinc Plated) KR1025 will replace the worn-out bolts on your Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. The factory spindle bolts are notorious for rust so Kryptonite added a zinc plating to their bolts to prevent any form of oxidation. Kryptonite always recommends replacing these bolts when changing your Wheel Bearings for a straightforward installation. These zinc-plated bolts connect the wheel bearing to the spindle and require 133 Ft Lbs. of torque to install. This is why Kryptonite recommends replacing them when swapping out your wheel bearing.
