BNC Antenna Adapters for Handheld Radios include a BNC Connector, a quick connect/disconnect radio frequency connector for coaxial cable, with two bayonet lugs on the female side that connects with a quarter turn of the coupling nut. These adapters provide connections to antennas and coax cables, with specific models suitable for Rugged Radios R1, ABH7, RDH-X, GMR2, GMR2-PLUS, RDH-16, RH-5R & V3, Motorola, Icom and Vertex handheld radios. Adapters come in different types such as BNC SMA male (SMA-M) Adapter, BNC Female/SMA Male Adapter. The Vertex EVX-531 model specifically uses the BNC-ADPT-MOT adapter.
